- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.
We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of:

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Northern Forged Apparel creates every item by hand, made to order in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Because of this custom production process, returns and refunds are limited. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:
- The item arrives defective or damaged
- The item received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design)
To qualify:
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging should be included when possible
3. Non‑Returnable Items
Because all products are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Custom or personalized items
- Limited‑edition or special‑release drops (unless defective)
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once processed, refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
